Estrella Galicia 0,0
Description
This beer is brewed through a broken fermentation process, Estrella Galicia 0,0, our exquisite non-alcoholic beer, shows bright tones that remind the typical colours of pilsen beers. Its flavour is sweet but not excessively sweet. When trying it, you will soon be surprised as you enjoy the aromatic balance between the malt and hops and the characteristic bitterness of our beers.

STEPS FOR A PERFECT POUR FROM A BOTTLE
“The production process of our beers ends when the consumer can enjoy them in a glass. This means that the pour is the culmination of the brewing process.”
Preparation
We refresh the glass to create a minimal layer of water that allows the beer to slide smoothly.
Inclination
We tilt the glass 45° and approach the bottle to the edge of the glass (without touching). Then, we let the beer slide gently down the inside face of the glass.
Precision
Once filled the 3/4 parts of the glass, we place it in a vertical position…
Head
We play with the distance between the bottle and the glass emptying the total of the content. We can see how a layer of foam is created (head).
Presentation
We place the glass on a coaster with the logo oriented towards the person who is going to enjoy the beer.
STEPS FOR A PERFECT POUR FROM A TAP
Preparation
We refresh the glass with the glass rinser, creating a light layer of water that allows the beer to slide smoothly.
DISCARDED FOAM
Open the tap with a single stroke so that the first blow of foam falls on the tray (never in the glass).
INCLINATION
We tip the glass 45° and let the beer slide smoothly inside.
PRESSURE
As the cup fills up, we shift it upright. When the beer fills 3/4 of the glass, we close the tap with a single touch.
HEAD
We open 1/4 of the tap and let a thin thread of creamy foam fall on the beer. When it reaches the edge of the glass, we close the faucet with a single touch.
PRESENTATION
We place the glass on a coaster with the logo oriented towards the person who is going to enjoy the beer.
